Shipping policy

Shipping Options

  • In order to simplify shipping rates and options at checkout, there are two available: "Standard" and "Expedited".
  • "Standard" shipping costs $10 and "Expedited" shipping costs $20.
  • Orders over $50 before tax will receive "Standard" shipping for free and orders over $500 before tax will receive "Expedited" shipping for free.
  • “Standard" shipping is either USPS First-Class Mail for small packages (2-5 Business Days), Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) or UPS 3 Day Select, whichever option is best to receive your package in 3 days-based on your address. 
  • "Express" shipping is either USPS Priority Mail Express (Next-Day to 2-Day) or UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day by 3pm or 4:30pm), whichever is best to receive your package the soonest-based on your address.
  • If you have a preference to either USPS or UPS, please make note of it in your cart during checkout.
  • ALL wig orders and ALL orders over $100 total will be signature required for delivery.

Shipping schedules and details are as follows, per type of order:

Hair Orders

  • Each item is made to order unless labeled as "Ready to Ship".
  • Processing time is 3-5 business days.
  • Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include holidays or weekends.
  • Please allow 10-21 business days after processing for your hair order to be fulfilled.
  • During sales and holiday periods, order processing time is extended 1-5 business days.
  • In order to help protect your orders, all hair orders will be signature required and include shipping insurance. ANY issues with delivery & shipping AFTER fulfillment is the responsibility of you (the buyer) and needs to be directed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). Beauty By Burrh LLC is not responsible for packages after drop off to the carrier.
  • Please make note of processing times for hair and nail orders. Once confirmed, combination orders cannot be separated and WILL be shipped together, once all items in the order are ready.
  • If there are any errors in your order, you have 24hrs to email support@beautybyburrh.com to cancel your order. After 24hrs, the processing and fulfillment timeline begins.
  • Due to the nature of the supply chain, there MAY be delays beyond our control. Any delays will be communicated by email.

Nail Orders

  • Each item is made to order unless labeled as "Ready to Ship".
  • Processing time is 3-5 business days.
  • Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include holidays or weekends.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days after processing for nail orders to be fulfilled.
  • During sales and holiday periods, order processing time is extended 1-5 business days.
  • ANY issues with delivery & shipping AFTER fulfillment is the responsibility of you (the buyer) and needs to be directed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). Beauty By Burrh LLC is not responsible for packages after drop off to the carrier.

All Other Product Orders

  • Each item is ready to ship unless labeled as "made to order".
  • Processing time is 3-5 business days.
  • Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include holidays or weekends.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days after processing for nail orders to be fulfilled.
  • During sales and holiday periods, order processing time is extended 1-5 business days.
  • ANY issues with delivery & shipping AFTER fulfillment is the responsibility of you (the buyer) and needs to be directed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). Beauty By Burrh LLC is not responsible for packages after drop off to the carrier.
